Vertr. Prof. Thomas Bedenk is Interim Professor for Creative Producing and Digital Strategies for XR at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a freelance advisor / manager with over 28 years of experience in digital productions. His focus areas are Strategy, UX, Innovation and Emerging Technologies (XR/AI) across industries. He is a keynote speaker and founding member of XRBB and the German Game Association. From 2015 until 2024 he was VP Extended Reality at Endava and Director Immersive Media at Exozet. 2008 he founded game studio Brightside Games. He has degrees in Media Design and Human Factors. Prior, he was interactive designer and developer since 1996, when he published his first games and websites online.
