„Project Styx“ invites players into a third-person rogue-like adventure set in the shadowy realm between life and death. The story follows a lone soul seeking long-awaited peace as he embarks on his final journey toward judgment. As he ventures deeper into the underworld, he encounters surreal challenges and mysterious forces. The path ahead is far from easy, shaped by the weight of past actions and the unpredictability of what lies beyond. This spiritual odyssey promises an emotional and introspective experience, guiding players through an unforgiving landscape where each step holds significance.
Gameplay in „Project Styx“ centers around a third-person rogue-like design with a simple yet engaging combat system. Players must navigate a world that reflects the space between life and death, facing off against beings who may be evil—or merely misunderstood. Along the way, portals transport them to strange dimensions where gear and abilities can be adapted. Each decision made shapes the final judgment awaiting at the journey’s end. Whether one chooses compassion or succumbs to human greed, the consequences are real, making every encounter and moral choice deeply impactful.
