Creative Universe VR is an immersive virtual reality experience built for the HTC Vive Pro, where users can design their own structures using digital bricks. Developed as a third-semester project, the task was to craft a showroom for a chosen product—fulfilled by transforming childhood creativity into a futuristic showcase. The experience begins as users approach a dynamic portal, self-assembled from bricks, leading into a vibrant, interactive building environment. With a grid-based mechanic for precise snapping, users effortlessly bring their creations to life, blending nostalgic joy with modern innovation.
Within the universe, users are guided by interactive blueprints that animate once completed, enhancing the learning curve in a fun and intuitive way. A holographic Brickselector enables easy brick choice, while a color wheel allows customization with 58 vibrant colors. Tools like the replicator streamline building, and a basketball-themed disposal minigame adds playful flair. Users can personalize avatars using the character creator, and when their masterpiece is ready, they place it on a packaging conveyor to simulate a real-world purchase—completing the cycle from imagination to tangible product.
